"I would like to recommend this to my friends."  11/08/11

I love this jacket! I'm 175cm tall and 60kg and I bought S. It fits me well. The inside is soft tiny fiber which keeps warm and touch comfy. The outside is water repellent. I wear it for hiking, backpacking and even for usual time.

"Good softshell"  03/30/11

First this jacket looks awesome, but it is also functional. It has a little stretch so you maintain movement for what every you are doing and it is pretty warm for what it is. Although it is not waterproof like others have said it stop light rain. It is pretty good at blocking the wind as well. One thing I have had issues with is the breathability. It may be the fleece(ish) lining I see that others think it is but maybe I am too sweaty of a guy to wear this jacket while doing any strenuous activity. All in all it is a great jacket.

"A great jacket for the fall or spring."  01/07/10

This shoftshell is highly functional and stylish. I got the black color, which I think is the most sleek choice. It is very well made, the interior is made of a fleece type fabric and the outside is made of a luscious rugged material. It is waterproof and very warm for temps above 40 F. However anything lower and you need to break out a real winter coat, or at least put a sweatshirt under it (which looks pretty stupid). I know this is also meant to be a layer, but since the exterior material is so hard and rugged it just doesn't feel right to where anything over it, but this is purely based on personal preference.

"Hoooorah"  12/15/09

Stop searching for jackets...since almost everyone is trying to save a few dollars here and there, dont buy something that will cost double if not triple just to have the exact same jacket...this jacket is fantastic for warmth under a shell...this jacket, a sleeping bag, and basic layering kept me warm in throughout an ice storm on the AT...your mom would be proud....

"By far the best soft shell jacket out there"  03/31/09

I have many soft shell jackets at home, but this one by far takes the prize. It's stylish warm, windproof and water resistant, more than I can say about my other jackets. It's a great value and you won't be dissapointed.

"Get it!! The price is right."  05/12/08

Nice jacket, very light-weight and breathable. Stays dry in light mist, and very durable. It has shown no wear after being put to the test in a variety of situations. I have a heavier soft shell, for nastier weather and less aerobic activities.

"Well Trained Jacket"  02/22/08

Marmot's are the best trained jackets on the market. Not only does this jacket provide protection from precipitation, but it has been trained to find its owner. After running away at a Snoop Dogg concert, it found its way home. Thanks Moosejaw for going the extra mile.

"Value for money"  02/18/08

Feels great. A great jacket for its weight. Like the wind proof factor and the water resistant material. If its just for normal hikes and not scaling the mighty everest, this jacket will do just fine.

"Can't beat it for the money"  01/30/08

Lightweight but still warm. Blocks the wind, snow, and rain very well. I've been wearing it in 10 degree weather with 30 mph winds and its done great. The ends of the sleeves are tapered a little more than I would like but its still really comfortable.
