The Arc’teryx Women’s Phase AR Long Sleeved Crew is an all-around base layer for hard working cold weather activities. The Phasic material wicks sweat away from your skin and spreads it out horizontally along the fabric, drying out faster. Dry, comfortable skin will help you continue on toward your goal. ARC'TERYX NEXT to SKIN FIT: These snug-fitting garments are made with stretch fabrics to fit next to the skin and enhance moisture management and thermal efficiency. Arc'teryx next to skin fit pieces constructed with their heavier-weight AR and SV fabrics also perform very well as mid layer pieces, so you should consider sizing up to accommodate a base layer underneath if the intention is to use this as a mid layer option if you are building a layering system. Also check out the size guide to learn how to calculate your body measurements before selecting a size.

for the Arcteryx Women's Phase AR Long Sleeved Crew
Got size small for 5'4'' which fits my friend great. This color blue is on sale and it is a great deal. Bought this with the Phase AR Bottom together, they are great outfit for jogging in the early morning, and also good for hiking. It helps to keep you warm and dry fast in the cool winter in CA. More important is that it is soft and comfortable.
...if you have a sensitivity/allergy to silver, I do not recommend it. Don't get me wrong, this is a great base layer. Fits like glove and will protect you from the elements without adding bulk. No bunching, riding up anywhere. But, I'm allergic to silver, and it didn't really occur to me that the reason my torso was breaking out in an itchy rash wasn't the detergent I was using. The reaction also didn't start well after a year I purchased the garment, so that's why I didn't put 2 and 2 together. If you need a great base layer and tolerate silver, this garment is for you.
