The Chaco Women's Hipthong Two Ecotread Sandal is a thong sandal with an extra strap for stability. The Hipthong Two combines the strap strength of the 'Z' with the comfort of the Flip. The toe post is soft between your big and second toe while the stretchy cross strap brings the LUVSEAT footbed into your foot. This provides additional support at your arch and prevents the annoying flop sound. The crossing straps give a little added flair to go with your dress, shorts, and even jeans. The Classic outsole with EcoTread rubber will help you explore the beach with its 2mm lugs and casually slip into your favorite bar and grill without missing a beat.

This is my second pair of hipthongs. First pair I had for 7 years and one of the straps broke. So sad. I like them because they just don't look like another pair of flip flops. The extra straps give them a cool extra look. Will definitely buy another pair again and again.
I am a flip flop fiend, and am in love with these. I haven't loved a pair as much since my first pair of Chaco's in the mid 90's. I like the thick sole, which protects my feet AND allows for my favorite advantage of Chaco's - my feet are forming the footbed to fit me perfectly. Hoorah for Chaco finally bringing back the strapless sandal in a women's size... I was feeling hopeless. These are great because the added straps across the top of the foot gives extra stability - my feet never feel like they are sliding. Two thumbs and two big toes up for these flip flops.
These were my first pair of chacos and I knew I could never return to regular shoes after I put these on! I had heard great things about chacos so when I saw these I decided I might as well try them and I loved them. They don't have a back strap so they aren't as good for hiking but with the other straps they still stay on your foot very well. These are way better than regular flip-flops and your foot will like them too :)
I seriously own 6 pairs of Chacos and these are my first pair of Hipthongs. I love the Chaco biofit footbed which offers insane arch support but the reason I love these so much is the lack of heel strap. Of course it's not for hiking but more for a laid back, just walking around campus kind of day.
