Moosejaw Staff Pick "When the Eagles Nest DoubleNest Hammock isn't hanging out in my backyard, I take it on all my spring and summer camping trips. The DoubleNest is way more comfortable than lying in a tent, and super easy to set up. I definitely recommend the insect screen though. Bugs suck." Matt - Moosejaw Secret Headquarters
Moosejaw Staff Pick "Earlier this summer I went on a bachelor party camping trip, and though it was great time, our group of 8 were heavily burdened by the tents we were taking. No Hubba Hubbas here. I'm talking large 6-man domes that were so old that we needed to bring extra blue tarps in case of inclement weather. Granted, we could've saved ourselves some trouble by not insisting that we bring three, but carrying just one of those beasts for a few miles will turn your arms to rubber. It was on the hike back to the cars that I decided to invest in ENO. My next trip was completely different.
The Eagles Nest Outfitters double-nest with slap-straps and fast-fly rainshield are awesome. I also have the mosquito net, though I haven't had to use it yet. All the pieces together weigh about 5 lbs, and everything is phenomenally compressible so I was able to fit and/or lash everything to my pack. NO RUBBER ARMS! Setup is as easy as finding two trees, and the slap straps provide extra feet to allow more options for lashing up the hammock. The Double Nest is really big enough for two, but you have to really like each other (really). The rain fly provides great cover and since the hammock is off the ground, there is plenty of dry ground underneath the fly for cooking or storing your pack. Get the ENO system and never worry about helping people carry their dumb tents again." Matthew - Moosejaw Secret Headquarters
The DoubleNest hammock by Eagle Nest makes you want to snuggle. With two-feet of extra width than the SingleNest, the DoubleNest allows room for one, two, three, or however you decide to pack 400lbs. The DoubleNest seats more than one person comfortably and is essential for family adventures. The DoubleNest still packs down to the size of a grapefruit, so there is no excuse to be without your ENO hammock.

The Eno DoubleNest is a great piece of gear to have with you where ever you go if it's camping in the backwoods or just setting it up in the yard it's a very comfortable breathable and reliable hammock. The DoubleNest is great for one person because the extra room lets you wrap it around you like a cocoon keeping you nice and snug!
Absolutely love this hammock! It's easy for even technically-challenged folks like me to use! And there's nothing better than a Sunday afternoon nap in this thing! Unless of course, it were a Monday-Saturday nap in it! Seriously though, I've owned other hammock that weren't nearly this easy to put up and take down and they weren't nearly as comfortable! I would highly recommend this hammock to anyone!
I just ordered mine with my Moosejaw rewards. I have used one of my friends a few time and loved it. This thing is super comfortable and nice and wide. I live in the Southeast and during the spring and summer months used this instead of a tent. I will be buying the slap strap system to go with this.
Awesome hammock. Very easy to set up and very comfortable. I originally purchased the single nest but quickly decided on the double nest instead. For only $10 more, it's a no-brainer to get the additional material. Love the hammock and don't go too many places without it.
Upgraded from a single grand truck hammock to this beauty. The 400 pound rating makes it a great camp chair for me & my friends. Not to mention, with all of that fabric that is meant to hold two people I can wrap myself up into a little potsticker and fall asleep like I'm covered in sheets. If you're looking for a hammock, this is what you want!
An avid backpacker and minimalist camper, I wanted to see what all of the buzz around hammocks was about. After reading tons of reviews for nearly every hammock on the market the choice was obvious for an introduction to hammocking. It had to be an ENO. I was concerned about comfort, ease of use, function and quality. I opted for the doublenest to ensure that I had enough room, (6'3" 200 pounds) and paired it with the slap strap pro system. I would say that it's almost fool proof setting up and taking down. It sets up in seconds. Plenty of room for one plus more. After figuring out how to position myself in the hammock I've had the best nights of sleep I have ever had in the backcountry. It is very well constructed and shows no sign of wear after numerous trips. Now a permanent fixture in my gear, I won't leave home without throwing it in my pack.
I literally take this hammock almost everywhere. It's so quick and simple to set up, not to mention small so it's easy to carry. It's been great for camping. Love taking it to parks. It's nice to have around when you just want to take a break and relax. I even set it up in my cube at work. So long as you have something to hook this bad boy to, you're good to go. I don't recommend this hammock for two adults though. Just get two hammocks. No one wants to roll into each other all night long. I mean c'mon.
