The Mark Toaz 1/2 zip pullover fleece is a classic piece that we like to keep improving. This year we've upgraded to a better face fabric and cleaner design. This mid-weight fleece is super versatile for all seasons. Wear it alone on the chilly evenings at the ball game or layer it up when the temperature drops. The wicking fabric will keep you dry, so go ahead and try this one out on your frigid morning run. We dare you. Mark Toaz dares you.

for the Moosejaw Men's Mark Toaz 1/2 Zip Micro Grid Fleece
This is Mark Toaz. I love my half-zip (and not just because they let me test it out and named it after me). It's a 3 season (maybe 4 with Michigan weather) and a great active piece. Also I wear it on dates with my girlfriend and she says it makes me look buff. And ARM ZIPPERS!
This is was my first experience with the Moosejaw brand and I must say I could not be more impressed with the value. I purchased this two months ago in Black it is my new favorite shirt and if they had it in the other color in my size I would be an owner. Thanks Moosejaw for the great quality!
This was just what I was looking for. Headed to the Shenandoah NF next week and expect cold, wet weather...this fleece should keep me wet and warm. I put it on last night when I got home and opened the package. I did not want to take it off.....thought about sleeping in it, but that was a little odd. I am not sure I like the zipper pocket on the left arm, a little stiff, but hey, it sure makes my left bicep look impressive....especially with the ipod in the pocket. I like the longer tail and sleeves....allow for movement while still keeping covered. the brushed fleece inner is soft and warm. Glad to have this in my wardrobe.
The Mark Toaz 1/2 zip pullover fleece is extremely well made and is very comfy. I am 5' 11'' @ 175 and the large fit just right. It is high quality Moosejaw made. The zippers work great and the stretchy fabric is awesome!! BIG SCORE!
"Liked the Jason Mowery 1/4 zip much better"
I ordered this fleece along with the Jason Mowery fleece to see which one I liked better. This one is a tad bit heavier fleece material but other wise they are about the same as far as material goes. The Mark Toaz has a much wider fit compared to the Jason Mowery which is more athletic and fit me much better. Also, the sleeve pocket on this jacket was almost impossible to open!Overall, I went with the Jason Mowery Fleece over this one.
I've been using this for a good month or so and I'm slightly disappointed with its performance. For a description of a mid-weight fleece, it actually is really thin. Perhaps it's my build, but a medium fits on the snug side, but not uncomfortably. I'm currently sitting in a room that is 65 degrees F (0 degrees outside) and I can feel the cold through the fleece. I similarly felt the same thing while near a window at a Starbucks (about 20 degrees outside). That said, the main advantage is that you can layer it. I tried this with a Marmot Zion jacket in 20 degree weather. Still could feel the cold, but it didn't penetrate all the way in. Still, even while walking and light jogging, I could still feel the cold. This might be better if used on longer runs in weather around 40 degrees, layered, but not by itself. Need to test when weather gets warmer here. It's -8 degrees right now.
I just bought this today and absolutely love it. I went to a hockey game where I usually stay pretty cold, but this fleece kept me very warm. After the game the wind was very cold and snowing, but once again, it kept me warmer than usual. I will definitely be wearing this in the cold going further.
