The OluKai Women's Paniolo Sandal is a leather flip flop for treading along the warm summer city streets. The word Paniolo means Hawaiian cowgirl, so slip into these babies and give out a yeehaw! The saddle inspired stitching pops out in the full-grain leather that has been distressed for a supple touch. The inside of the straps are lined with a super soft synthetic leather. The compression-molded footbed creates a cushy pillow for you to walk upon throughout the day. The outsole is a combination of non-marking gum rubber infused with natural burlap fibers. Saddle up, ‘lil lady.

"For the price tag, these should be more comfortable"
I bought these flip-flops because I thought they looked a little dressier than my chacos. They do looks nice. I love the "natural" color. My hope is that they will become more comfortable over time, but my initial impression is that they are very hard. For $85 I want to be walking on clouds, and that is not the case. These are not cushiony or particularly comfortable. I strongly prefer my similarly priced chaco flip-flops.
"I will never buy any other brand of sandals"
I originally discovered Olukai's because I was trying to find a durable sandal for my husband. I was sick of buying him a new pair every year. Long story short bought a pair for him....he loved them (kept saying how comfortable they were) and they were durable. So I bought myself a pair and loved them. I will never by any other band of sandal. Love Love Love!
