However... sizing...It's a crap shoot.Patagonia explained to me that they size with the understanding that babies are growing. Which is great. However, this one is different than our experience with the Synchilla Cardigan. The cardi is a 3 mo. And at one year, she'd still fit into it (weather requiring such a layer) at 13 mo.The Sun-Lite however... at size 12 mo. is too small by quite some. I had consulted Patagonia re which size to buy and felt that I was making the right call. Alas... the 12 mo. will go back for the 18 mo.Summary: Great that it's an 50 SPF (adorable) piece of beach gear... That alone would have me keep the 12 mo. were there no other recourse... But since I can exchange for a larger size, I shall. At that price, I bought one for a buddy's kid too...
