for the Patagonia Men's Stretch Wavefarer Board Short
Finally ditched my old Hawaiian print swimsuit for this fancy-looking pair of board shorts, and I'm glad I did. The suit is a) thin b) smooth c) stretchy d) durable. Also: the pockets are nice, and the tie on the front keeps things under control without being too bulky.
Got this pair of board shorts along with some other ones, including the non-stretch version of this, and this is the only pair I kept. The stretch allows for more comfortable seating and moving. Material is same as stretch baggies, which is a plus. I'll be going to beach and to yoga in these babies.
"Superb (a word that means really good) pair of board shorts"
These shorts are true to size and stretch as advertised so as not to constrict your movement while doing whatever it is you are doing while wearing them. As an added bonus that's (not) exclusive to Patagonia board shorts, they don't remotely resemble a banana hammock.
Very soft tissue, the colours are just exceptionnal and in my opinion Patagonia Board Short are the best. Size match the description. I just bought it so I have to test the durability.... I'll write another review in a couple of months.Still, I think buying another colours..... so much I loved it !
I've never owned a pair of fashionable bathing trunks- especially the kind that tie in the front. It is a bit of an odd transition from the other pull- up kind, but I have adapted. I really like the zipper on the side for keys or coins. I got the black edition and really like it. The Patagonia logo is murdered out. I use my pair mostly for going in the hot tub.
Have several pairs of these shorts and the are incredibly comfortable and versatile. Initially wore them mostly in the water but started doing Crossfit workouts about a year ago and quickly took a disliking to regular gym shorts and thought I'd give these stretch board shorts a try. They instantly became my go-to for any kind of workout and even running. Just wear boxer briefs underneath and I am set for running, jumping, lifts, inversions, etc. Just the right amount of stretch, with a slim but not too tight fit. Look like regular boardshorts but the stretch increases mobility for surfing and doing things like squats or box jumps in the gym. Came here to pick up a new color.
