The North Face Men's Pumori Wind Jacket is a fleece jacket that does a lot of work. Densely woven of Polartec Wind Pro fibers, it will block the wind while remaining highly breathable to manage moisture and keep you from overheating. These are all great attributes to have in a jacket if you wear it during hikes in the woods or even out on the golf course in the fall. They're still great attributes even if you're simply wearing it to look fashionable around the city. The Pumori Wind jacket is also Zip-In compatible with complementary North Face jackets so you can create a layering system for more extreme conditions. It does it all.

"Really Nice Jacket, But not sure if it's a keeper"
I am purchasing this jacket for a gift. My husband is 6'4" and 280 lbs. North face is usually always generous, however this jacket seems to run a little shorter, and wider. I ordered a 2x and it seems like the sleeves are going to be too short. I love the idea that this jacket protects from the wind. I think if you are going to have a fleece, here in Wisconsin, the wind should not just blow through, that's why I purchased this one, because it has the wind technology. In case this doesn't fit on Christmas morning, I ordered a Khumbu 2 in a 3x (the Pumori isn't available in a 3x). And the sleeves on Khumbu seem longer and the jacket in general seems longer. I hope this review helps you. It is very nice fabric, construction and everything else, it's just the preference of having a trimmer, longer jacket where we need it. And I Love shopping on Moosejaw! Super fast and super fun!
There are many positives about this jacket. I like the material, thickness, the cut fits nice to the sides, and it's zips into my shell. The problem is the sleeves. They are extremely long (and I have long arms) and they are not tapered to the wrists. The sleeves are very baggy around the wrists and extend to the thumb knuckle (no good for me). I would send the jacket back if I purchased it to wear by itself. I bought this jacket solely to zip into my shell so it's not going back. It works great for my purpose but I would not wear it by itself because of the baggy long sleeves.
