"Yes, I am in love with these!" 05/03/12
Bought a pair about a month ago, and have been wearing it whenever... I wanted to keep it clean inside by wear injinji socks, but it's really more comfortable to go withoout socks. Guess I will just have to clean it often :)
"GREAT SHOES but makes sure you get socks." 04/12/12
I love my vibrams, they are the best running shoes I have ever owned. I ran track for three years in high school and always battled shin splints a year or two ago a friend of mine told me about running in them and all of a sudden everywhere I saw barefoot running articles in all my favorite mags. so I saved up a paycheck and went out and bought my bikilas. these take a couple runs to get used to, but ever since I started running in these, my shin splints have gone away and all the muscles in my feet and lower legs have strengthened. I will however recommend buying socks because the funk does get pretty righteous after about 10 good hot runs with just bare feet.

"Love the five finger shoes" 01/23/12
I am a returning veteran from afghanistan and had a pair of these and i tell you what i dont think you could go wrong. The fittings kinda weird but none the less there great buy. a must have for those out door goers . if you love to hike forget the bulky heavy shoes nd get into a paiur of these
"The transition from regular running shoes sucks, but is worth it in the end!" 11/26/11
I purchased these shoes for my husband three months ago. It has taken the entire three months for him to transition from his regular running shoes to his Vibrams full time. You must take your time and gradually transition, otherwise you're going to hurt. Learn from my husband's mistake and avoid the burning calves & aching feet. It must have been worth it in the end though because you couldn't get him to trade his Bikilas for anything now!
"Worth it...But break them in slow" 11/01/11
Trained and ran my first half-marathon in these. They are much more comfortable to run in than the KSOs because they dont have the fabric seams that give blisters. The tread on the bottom provides excellent grip in wet conditions. Over all if you dont mind the stares these shoes are fun to wear.CAUTION break these shoes (any five finger shoe) in slowly. Your calves will hurt something fierce if you over do it, 5 mins at the end of run in normal running shoes to slowly work the new muscle groups.
